1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to Helpline Educare, including the website and the Helpline Educare mobile app. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Helpline Educare is a welfare education management system for campuses, students, teachers, parents, guardians, and donors. It is provided to authorized users of participating organizations. Features depend on your role and the modules enabled for your campus.
3. Accounts
Accounts are created by administrators. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify an administrator if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Sharing login credentials is not allowed.
If you are a parent, guardian, or donor, your access is limited to students and records linked to you. You must not attempt to view, copy, or change records you are not authorized to access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass role, campus, or security controls
- Upload malware, scrape the system, or interfere with its operation
- Misuse student, guardian, staff, or donor information
- Publish or share photos, identity documents, or academic records without authorization
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your role
5. Student and welfare data
Records in Helpline Educare may include sensitive information such as student photos, guardian CNIC numbers, family income, attendance, exam results, and donation details. This information is confidential. You may use it only for official education or welfare purposes. Exporting, printing, or sharing data is permitted only when your role and organizational policy allow it.
6. Content you submit
Staff and other authorized users may enter student details, attendance, exam marks, fees, event media, and similar records. You represent that you have the authority to submit that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Helpline Educare and the operating organization may use submitted content to run the service.
7. Intellectual property
The Helpline Educare software, design, and branding remain the property of Helpline Educare and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service for authorized campus work. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except as allowed by law.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and access may be suspended for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” for education and welfare administration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Academic, fee, and donation records depend on information entered by authorized users.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helpline Educare and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the service is provided without a separate fee.
11. Suspension and termination
Administrators may suspend or close an account at any time, including for suspected misuse or when a user leaves the organization. We may suspend access to protect students, users, or the service. After termination, you must stop using the service and delete any locally stored copies of confidential records unless retention is required by law or organizational policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service, unless a mandatory local law says otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms should be directed to your Helpline Educare campus or system administrator.
